Returns & Exchanges Policy

Item did not fit or changed your mind? Please visit our simple and easy to use Returns and Exchanges Portal to start the return process.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for an exchange or a refund. Returns are accepted only within 30 days from the date of delivery.

A free returns shipping label will be provided if the item is received in a damaged, defective condition or if you received a different size or item than the one you've purchased.

Returned items must be in the same condition you received it as and in the original packaging. Please include a copy your packing slip that comes with your purchase when returning an item.

International Returns: Please note, that we are unable to provide international return labels. We will gladly accept returns for refunds or exchanges, within 30 days from the date of delivery, as long as the items are delivered back to us securely; in the same condition as they were received with their original packaging. Please include a copy your packing slip that came with your purchase when returning an item.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

 

Exchanges:

We can gladly exchange your ring for another size or color. You cannot exchange an ring style for another one.

Customers can request a one-time free exchange for their order, provided the request is made within 30 days after delivery of the order. 

Once your request has been approved, customers will be sent a link to pay for, and print a return shipping label for use when sending the item back to us.

The requested exchange size or color item will be shipped to you once the item has been received and inspected back at our warehouse. Please allow an additional 2-3 business after your item has been delivered for it be inspected and processed.

All of our exchange orders are shipped using our standard shipping method which typically takes 3-7 business days to arrive. 

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit (minus the return shipping fee) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.

If you requested a store-credit it will be issued to you shortly after receipt and  inspection of the item.

Original shipping costs are not refunded. Additional returns are subject to a 14% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
